Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Timmion Records offers pre-order purchase options on select upcoming releases. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and fulfilled upon release.

Pre-Order Cancellations Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the item ships. To request a cancellation, contact us at sales(at)timmion.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

In-Stock Orders If you wish to cancel or return an in-stock order, the following conditions apply:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
• 7" vinyl singles are not sealed and are therefore not eligible for return or cancellation once the order has been dispatched, as their condition cannot be verified upon return.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
