SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays). During new release periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Pre-orders and limited edition releases will ship on or shortly after the official release date specified on the product page.

Finland (Domestic)

  • UPS Standard: 2-3 business days
  • UPS Express: 1-2 business days

European Union

  • DHL Global Mail: 3-10 business days
  • UPS Standard: 2-5 business days
  • UPS Express: 1-2 business days

USA

  • UPS Expedited: 5-8 business days
  • UPS Express: 1-2 business days

International (Outside EU & USA)

  • DHL Global Mail: 10-20 business days
  • UPS Expedited: 5-8 business days
  • UPS Express: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. If free shipping is offered, cheapest available option is used. 

International Orders & Customs For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges. 

Tracking All shipped orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email address once the package is dispatched. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Carriers We ship via UPS, Deutsch Post (DHL), or FedEx depending on destination and service level selected.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@timmion.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please retain all packaging materials if items arrive damaged, as carriers may require inspection.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.
