Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU customers

EU consumer law grants customers a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance sales

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
